From a pasted list to a signed deal
Seven steps, all of them visible below with the actual screens. No demo account needed — this is what the product does today.
Paste your list
One domain per line. Copied out of a spreadsheet, uploaded as a file — both work, and both books use the same importer.
- No wizard. One textarea, one button. A thousand domains take as long as one.
- Missing values get filled in. Titles, colours and keywords are generated where you left them blank.
- Nothing is locked in. Every domain can move to the other book later with a single click.
Choose what the domain should do
Listing puts it up for sale on a page you design. Parking monetises it on your own ad ID. You decide per domain, not per account.
- Listing is free — up to 100,000 domains, no listing fee and no commission when you sell.
- The ad revenue is yours in both books — add your AdIndex ID once and every click-out is tracked to your account, free tier included.
- Both books live side by side in the same portfolio, with separate views so nothing gets mixed up.
Pick a design that fits the name
Eighteen sale designs, from a plain business letter to a full luxury stage. A premium name should not sit on the same page as a throwaway one.
- The preview is the real page, rendered from the same template that ships — not a drawing of it.
- Set it once for the whole import, then override it per domain whenever you want.
- Your price sits up front — as a fixed figure, or as “on request” if you would rather the buyer moves first.
Click a name or a thumbnail — that is the real rendered page, not a picture of one. The same switch sits in your account, per domain.
The page goes live with subpages
Every listed domain gets topic pages built from its keywords. They are linked from the sale page, listed in the sitemap, and each one leads back to your offer.
- Any subpage resolves — there is no page limit, in no plan. What is capped is the volume: 1,000 subpage requests per domain and day.
- Sitemap and link graph match exactly, so crawlers get a clear path through the pages that matter.
- Change the keywords, everything follows: pages, links and sitemap update together.
A buyer sends an inquiry
The form sits on your domain but posts into the portal. The buyer lands on our side, states a budget, and never sees an address.
- The stated budget becomes the first offer you negotiate over — you know the number before you reply.
- Nothing reaches you unconfirmed. The sender has to click a link in their own mailbox first.
- You can switch inquiries off per domain, or set a minimum offer.
You negotiate inside the portal
Messages and offers share one timeline. A counter-offer replaces the previous one, so it is always clear which figure stands and whose turn it is.
- Exactly one open offer at a time — accept, counter or decline, with no ambiguity.
- Contact details in the text are masked when displayed, in the portal and in the notification mail.
- One mail instead of five — rapid messages are bundled into a single notification.
Everything in one place
Which domain is in demand, what was offered, who has to answer next — without digging through your inbox.
- Open, waiting on you, accepted — the counts sit at the top of the page.
- Every negotiation keeps its full history, including the ones that went nowhere.
- Accepted means you agreed. Payment and transfer happen between the two of you, outside the platform.
Nobody ever sees your email address
Not the buyer, not their crawler, not the search engine. Parked domains normally print the owner’s address straight into the page source — that is how a sale page turns into a spam magnet. We put a form there instead.
Try it with ten domains
